Enquiry Privacy Notice
Approved 17 October 2026. Effective on publication.
Who is responsible
Blue-Green Advisors Ltd, established in the United Kingdom, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Information we use
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, organisation, enquiry category and message. All five fields are required for the form. Without the required fields, the form cannot send your enquiry.
Technical information, including your IP address, is processed to operate the service and help prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry, manage related correspondence and protect the enquiry service against misuse.
Our lawful basis for handling ordinary professional enquiries and protecting the enquiry service is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us, managing related correspondence and preventing misuse of the service.
Who processes it
Enquiries are directed to Stuart at [email protected]. We use Cloudflare for the website and form forwarding, a backend hosted on Replit, and Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft 365 for email delivery and the receiving mailbox.
These providers process information to operate, secure and deliver the enquiry service under the terms applicable to their services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Where information is processed
Our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires transfer safeguards, we use the applicable arrangements under our providers' data-processing terms. Depending on the transfer, these may include an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses with the relevant UK provisions.
The providers' published terms are available here:
- Cloudflare data-processing terms
- Replit data-processing terms
- Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum
For information about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry, or to request a copy of the applicable safeguards, contact [email protected].
How long information is kept
The founder reviews enquiry records manually once a year and deletes ordinary enquiries and related correspondence where at least 12 months have passed since the last correspondence. Because deletion takes place at annual reviews, records may be retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence.
This period applies to our ordinary enquiry correspondence. Service-provider operational logs and backup copies are managed under the applicable providers' retention arrangements, rather than by the founder's mailbox review.
Your choices and rights
To ask about the use of your information or make a privacy request, email [email protected].
Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, or receive certain information in a portable format. These rights are not absolute. In particular, you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will consider your request under the law that applies.
You may also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office:
